01

Track your brand across AI

One prompt, six answers, side by side.

Six engines per prompt

Every prompt you add gets answered by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google, and Reddit — automatically. You see what each engine actually said, not a guess.

Brand mention detection

We read every response and flag whether your brand showed up, which name or alias was used, and what the surrounding tone was. Aliases you set on the workspace get matched too.

Side-by-side answer view

Click any prompt to read all six engine responses next to each other. Brand mentions glow green, competitor mentions glow red, inline citations are clickable.

Run history & comparison

Every run is saved. Open any prompt and switch between Latest, Previous, and Diff to see how an engine's answer is changing over time — exactly which sentence was added, dropped, or rephrased.

Re-run anything

One channel failed? Re-run just that channel. Want fresh numbers? Re-run the whole prompt. Want to refresh your whole workspace? One click runs every active prompt.

Schedule automatically

Set each prompt to run daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Bulk-update the schedule on multiple prompts at once. Track movement without lifting a finger.

02

See where you stand

A visibility score and the data behind it.

Visibility score

One number from 0–100 that combines how often you're mentioned, how often you're cited, your share of voice, sentiment, and engine coverage. With a delta vs. last period so you know if it's moving.

Mention heatmaps

Three matrix views: which prompts each brand wins on, which engines cite each brand, and which engines cite your brand on which prompts. Spot patterns at a glance.

Share of voice meter

A horizontal bar showing your share of mentions vs. every tracked competitor. Watch it shift over the last 30 or 90 days.

Top sources

Three columns: pages on your domain that got cited, competitor domains that got cited, and everything else. Click through to see exactly which URLs and how many times.

Trend over time

Eight-week chart of brand vs. competitor vs. other citations across every engine. Hover any week for the breakdown.

Org-level dashboard

Running multiple brands? One pane for the whole organization with citation trends, prompt movers, competitive set, and rolled-up share of voice.

03

Know exactly what to fix

Opportunities, ranked, with senior-analyst briefs.

Two feeds: losing on, and discover

The Losing-on feed lists prompts where competitors are winning. Discover surfaces prompts you're not even tracking yet — pulled from your real search queries and from competitor coverage.

A brief for every opportunity

Each one comes with a gap diagnosis (what the data actually shows), a specific next move, a working article title, 3–6 question-based H2s, entities to name, must-include statistics, and the metric to watch.

The closest page, auto-matched

For every opportunity we find the page on your site that's closest to the topic, check whether it's getting search traction, and use it to inform the recommendation — optimize the existing page, or build something new.

Override the match

If our auto-match picks the wrong page, swap it for any page in your workspace. The recommendation re-writes against the page you chose, and your override sticks — the nightly refresh won't touch it.

Eight playbooks under the hood

Each opportunity is tagged with one of eight content moves — rewrite for extraction, update for freshness, add schema, build internal links, create new content, and more. So the brief talks specifics, not generic SEO.

Resolves when you win

Stale 'losing on' opportunities automatically close when your mention rate crosses threshold. No manual cleanup.

04

Your pages, your traffic

Search Console and Analytics in one table.

Connect Search Console

One OAuth click, pick your property, and we pull 16 months of impressions, clicks, position, and CTR for every page. Refreshes daily after that.

Connect Google Analytics 4

Same one-click flow. Pull sessions, conversions, channel rollup, and source attribution for every page over 16 months. Stays fresh daily.

One unified pages table

Search Console metrics, Analytics traffic, and AI citation counts in one place. Sort by any column. Filter by channel, search any URL, group by folder for deep sites.

Page detail drawer

Click any page to see every channel + LLM that ever cited it, the citations themselves, brand mention split, and the page's full search history.

Top source per page

See where each page's traffic is actually coming from. If ChatGPT is the top source on one of your pages — that's a signal nothing else can give you.

Upload your sitemap

If Search Console hasn't picked up a page yet, point us at your sitemap.xml or paste URLs to add them manually.

05

The AI Traffic dashboard

Finally see what ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity are sending you.

Sessions by AI engine

Per-platform cards for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, You.com, Bing, Brave Search, Phind, and Google's AI Overviews. Sessions, users, and how many days each engine drove traffic in the window.

Top pages getting AI clicks

Cross-platform top pages plus per-engine top pages. Sort, search, scroll through all of them. Each row tells you which engine drove the most sessions for that URL.

Daily stacked trend

Watch your AI-driven sessions stack up day by day, color-coded by engine. Hover any day for the breakdown. Spot the spike when ChatGPT started recommending you.

Switch windows

7-day, 30-day, or 90-day periods. Toggle and everything recalculates instantly.

Verifiable against GA4

Numbers match what you'd see in Google Analytics if you queried it the same way. We show you exactly how to cross-check.

06

Every URL ever cited

A searchable, filterable archive of your AI citation footprint.

By URL or by domain

Toggle between one row per URL (most-cited articles surfaced) and one row per domain (most-cited websites). Both views are searchable, filterable, and sortable.

Smart classification

Every URL is automatically tagged: is it your domain, a competitor's, a media outlet, a review site, a marketplace, government, docs? And what type of page is it — listicle, comparison, forum thread, review, video, homepage?

Influence ranking

Citation count is one thing. Citation count weighted by domain authority is what actually matters. We rank by influence so you focus on the URLs that move the needle.

Sentiment & brand reference

Each cited page gets a sentiment score (positive / neutral / negative) and a flag for whether your brand is actually mentioned on the page — or whether the engine just pointed there.

Drill into any URL

Click any row to see every individual citation, which engines surfaced it, when, on which prompts, with snippets from the answers.

Jump to action

Reddit URL? One click takes you to the thread in Reddit Engagement, ready to draft a reply. Non-Reddit URL? One click pulls the founder and marketing contacts for that domain.

Export anything

Every filter combination exports to CSV. Take your data anywhere.

07

Reddit, end-to-end

From cited thread to posted reply, in one place.

Every Reddit thread we've seen

If any AI engine has cited a Reddit thread about your space, it's queued here — sorted with high-priority threads up top. Subreddit, post title, citing engines, surfacing prompts.

Enrich threads on demand

Pull live thread data (upvotes, comment count, post body, top comments) for the threads you actually want to engage. We don't auto-enrich — your call which to invest in.

Brand mention check

Once a thread is enriched, you see immediately whether your brand is already named in the conversation — or whether you're the first to show up.

Five voice options

Generate a reply draft in five distinct tones: helpful, candid, informative, thoughtful, professional. Pick the one that fits the subreddit's energy.

Assign, approve, mark posted

Pass a thread to a teammate. Move it through draft → approved → posted, or skip it. The assignee gets pinged in their inbox and via email.

Comment queue across the org

One inbox for every workspace's draft replies. Bulk-triage, filter by status or assignee, never lose a high-value reply in a Slack thread.

08

Content pipeline

Take a prompt to a published article without leaving the workspace.

Thirteen seeded prompts per workspace

Out of the box: general listicles, stats-based, problem-based, competitor alternatives, competitor comparison, agency directory, and more. Customize the prompt text per workspace; reset to default if you change your mind.

Eight-stage editorial pipeline

Brief → research → keywords → keyword breakdown → article → fact-check → editor → schema. Watch each stage tick over independently, re-run any stage that goes sideways.

Add your own article types

Got a unique format? Add a new article type from the UI with its own writer prompt. Articles run through the same pipeline, with the right prompt for the format.

Drag to reorder, assign to writers

Sortable article list. Assign articles to internal writers, external collaborators, or freelancers. Track who's working on what.

09

Compare & Ask

Drill into a prompt, or just ask your data a question.

Compare engines side by side

Pick a prompt, see how each engine answered, with brand and competitor mentions highlighted inline. Status, position, sentiment, citations — per channel, in one view.

Diff your runs

Compare this week's answer to last week's. Get a clean diff showing exactly what changed in each engine's response — added sentences, dropped sentences, rephrased sections.

A senior analyst on call

Ask any workspace a question in plain English. 'Which competitor is gaining on us in ChatGPT?' 'Where am I losing on long-tail queries?' 'Draft a brief for our weakest prompt.' It has all your data.

Real research, not training data

The analyst can search the web, fetch live pages, and pull keyword + SERP + backlink data on demand. Answers cite the sources they came from.

Thread history

Every conversation is saved per workspace. Pick up where you left off, rename threads, archive the ones you're done with.

10

Workflows

Automate the repetitive work.

Visual builder

Drag and drop steps: AI calls, web search, Reddit search, workspace data queries, HTTP requests, filters, branches. Wire them together to do whatever your team does manually every week.

Templates to start from

Competitor comparison, content audit, prompt-tracking baseline, weekly briefing — clone any template into your workspace and tweak it.

Schedule them

Daily, weekly, or monthly. Workflows run in the background and notify you when they're done — or when something breaks.

Inspect every step

Open any run to see each step's input, output, and runtime. Re-run a single step if it failed. The error message tells you what actually went wrong, not 'something went wrong.'

11

Outreach data

Reach out to the sites citing you (or your competitors).

Pull contacts for any domain

One click on any cited domain pulls the founder and marketing contacts — name, title, verified work email, LinkedIn. From the Citations table or the Contacts tab.

Verified emails only

We verify every email before showing it. No bouncing your outreach campaign on the way out.

Track who you've contacted

Per-domain notes. Mark a domain as contacted, jot down what you said, see your team's outreach history.

Export to your stack

CSV export with every column. Pipe it into your CRM, your sequencer, or your spreadsheet.

12

Run an agency

Multi-client, multi-role, branded as yours.

Multiple workspaces per organization

One brand per workspace. Switch instantly between clients. No more juggling tabs across separate accounts.

Roles per workspace

Admin (everything), Strategist (run + edit), Viewer (read-only). Viewers can browse the data but can't run prompts, edit prompts, post comments, or share reports — buttons hide for them so it's not awkward.

Per-tab access

Want a client to only see Insights and Citations but not Opportunities? Toggle individual tabs per member. They don't see what they can't access.

Bring in any user, from anywhere

Invite a freelancer, a teammate at a sister agency, or a client — even if they already have a Mentionova account at another organization. They land in your workspace under your umbrella.

Workspace-only invitees

Add someone to a single workspace without giving them access to the rest of your org. They can later subscribe to their own plan and bring their data with them.

13

White-label your way

Reports that look like yours, not ours.

Org-level branding

Upload your agency logo, set a brand color, write a custom footer. Every public report from every client workspace now renders with your branding.

Per-workspace overrides

One brand wants their own logo on their reports? Upload it on the workspace. It takes precedence over the agency default for that client only.

Loads instantly

No 'flash of Mentionova logo' before your brand appears. Public reports paint with your chrome from the very first byte.

14

Share insights with clients

A public report link, branded as yours.

Tokenized share links

Create a public link per workspace. Send it to anyone — no login required. Revoke any time.

Optional expiry

Set a link to expire in 7, 30, or any number of days. Or no expiry at all.

Tracked

See how many times the link's been viewed and when. Know whether the client actually opened the report you sent.

Period switcher built in

Public reports let the viewer toggle 7-day, 30-day, 90-day. They explore at their pace.

15

Tell us about your brand once

A 16-field brand voice profile that informs everything downstream.

Onboarding workflow

Drop your brand name and website URL. We scrape, analyze your voice, extract internal links, suggest example article angles, and pre-fill 16 fields. Edit anything before saving.

What we capture

Brand guidelines, about, competitors, point of view, writing rules, key product features, customer language, example articles for four formats, internal link library, and custom fields you define.

Refresh internal links anytime

When you ship new pages, one click pulls the updated link list into the brand voice — no need to redo the whole onboarding.

Used everywhere

Your brand voice powers article drafts, opportunity briefs, Reddit reply tones, and the AI analyst's answers. Set it once, applied everywhere.

16
